This quaint and private house is located just outside of the downtown area of St. Petersburg. Only about 20 minutes away from the beaches, we are centrally located for a day at the beach and then an evening out downtown. St Petersburg is known for its variety of food and amazing selections and options, you cannot and will not be disappointed! Spend the day downtown shopping or head to a local nature preserve and see what the area has to offer.
We are located in a neighborhood but it is close to downtown. So whether you are looking for a place to stay while on business, want beach and city life, or just looking to enjoy the downtown life with shops, restaurants and breweries this quaint and private house is in a great location.
You will have the entire house to yourself, with laundry and dryer in the bathroom, you won’t have to go outdoors to do it.
Access to the house is from the alley, room for 2 cars.
We live next door and are in and out most days. We enjoy interacting with our guest and will say hi if we see you while we are outside but we also like to give our guests their privacy. However, feel free to reach out to us for any questions you may have.
You are able to get around by bike (offered upon request) to the downtown area or just to go for a bike ride, St. Petersburg is a bike friendly city. Getting around by car is just as easy.
You will find that St. Petersburg really supports and represents being a green community. To continue that tradition, we now use local hand soap and dish soap from Sans Market as a way to continue to reduce our waste of buying replacement soap bottles and our way of supporting a women owned local business.
